Via Realty is a small, boutique real estate company established on January 1st 2000. Wayne D Anderson, the Designated Broker, is a native of Tucson and Realtor since 1989. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute. Wayne has also sold real estate in Ontario, Canada, but now lives in Tucson, full time. On the staff are Realtors Adrian Hall, an Arizona native who has a law degree and is a low handicap golfer; and Ed Zapata, MBA, a Tucson native and golfer. We believe that it is important to have fun at what we do, and whatever we do, do to the best of our ability. Most of our business is from referrals, so it is profitable to have happy clients. We specialize in residential real estate, with an emphasis on residential resale. We can also help those of you looking for golf and vacation properties. Since Wayne had spent several years as a licensed real estate salesperson in Ontario Canada, our Canadian Snowbird friends are in luck. Wayne speaks the language of Canadian Real Estate too! We have excellent connections with commercial property and business brokers, land specialists and large income property brokers in both countries. We do what we know, and refer work that is outside our expertise to other appropriate experts. It has worked pretty well so far!
